Replacement Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. If your watch is found to have a manufacturing defect or any functional fault upon delivery, we offer a replacement for the same item.
To request a replacement:
- Notify us within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
- Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect (photos or videos).
- Products will be replaced within 10-12 days.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process if your claim is approved.
If the replacement is approved, the replaced product will be shipped within '5-6' days and it will be delivered within '9-10' days.

- Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
